In 2008, Lyra launched their first product, a hot chocolate that became quite popular, prompting them to pursue further innovations in the world of chocolate. A year later, we invited them to our cocoa forests in Colombia, where they learned that making quality chocolate means getting to know every farmer, tree and stage of the cocoa journey.
Today, they have created their own chocolate recipes and expanded a line of up to 80 products. It takes them weeks to invent these products and hours to produce them. Some of them have won the Great Taste Award, categorizing them among the best chocolates in the world. Then there is Karol Styblo, one of five people in the world holding a title of Fine Flavour Master Chef Chocolatier, who does all the work.
