Our Single Estate chocolate is made with cocoa farmed exclusively from a single farm, “El Rosario,” located in Necoclí, Colombia which has its own essence and personality. By using only cocoa beans from this farm, we are able to showcase the unique flavor profile and characteristics of the land, climate, and farming practices used at El Rosario. This results in a truly exceptional chocolate with a rich, complex flavor that is truly unique. With our “The Chocolate Dream” program we bring together different actors of the chocolate value chain. Our Anchor Model allows us to assist nearby communities and producers with technical guidance, while providing employment and backing education, culture, and entrepreneurship.
ABOUT THIS ORIGIN
This product has a sweet, chocolate-like aroma, and a flavour characterized by the moderate to strong cocoa notes, defined sweetness, soft milky tones, delicate caramel and a slight buttery notes. It has a smooth and creamy texture, medium hardness, slight adhesion and a good mouth melting profile.
