Our Single Country chocolates are a selection of Cacao Fino de Aroma beans sourced from three different countries: Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. It is important to highlight that when we talk about cocoa, more specifically Cacao Fino de Aroma, a wide variety of factors affect the sensory profile of this wonderful product. Each country has its own distinct terroir, which influences the flavor of the cocoa beans grown there. By having these different cocoa beans , we are able to create chocolates with a complex and nuanced flavor that is truly one-of-a-kind. Through our single country chocolate, we are able to offer an opportunity to discover the unique and diverse flavors of South America.
